Not all property owners on the streets listed below are members of the Meadow Spring Farms Homeowners Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association).

Members in the Association are responsible for Annual Dues that may be assessed by the Association.
Membership in the Association automatically transfers to the new property owner when an Association home is sold.

HOA members are subject to the requirements of our governing documents. The Meadow Spring Farms Homeowners Association works to ensure compliance
with its governing documents.
Governing documents
These documents are the Association By-laws and Restrictions and Covenants, which are available on our Realtors page. We urge HOA property owners to read and understand these documents. They give specifics concerning the Association, how it functions, responsibilities of the Association, and Owner’s rights and obligations.

The Meadow Spring Farms Homeowners Association includes a Board of Directors which is elected by Meadow Spring Farms residents. We are a volunteer organization with no paid staff.
