ABOUT US

The Meadow Spring Farms Homeowners Association (MSFHA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the MSFHA neighborhood in East Sandwich, Mass. The properties in the Association are located near Sandy Neck Beach off historic Route 6A on Cape Cod.

The Association seeks to maintain the value of the homes and the quality of life in our beautiful neighborhood, and to maintain the physical components of the association, including recreation and  conservation areas.

These include walking trails, tennis/pickleball court and prized blueberry patch, to work for general security and safety, and to promote and protect the scenic environment with which the neighborhood is blessed.

The Association also strives to keep members informed on issues that impact our community via newsletters, e-mails, annual meetings and this website.

Membership in the Meadow Spring Farms Homeowners Association is composed of each owner of the 40 lots of the Association with each lot entitled to one vote. Each year the members elect a Board of Directors at the Association’s Annual meeting usually held in June.

Board of Directors

The Board currently has a President, Vice President, Treasurer and Clerk. The elected officials of the BOD are voted on at the first BOD meeting following the annual HOA meeting in June. We are a volunteer organization with no paid staff.

The Board is always looking for new members and we encourage all current and new homeowners to join the Board.

Every member of the Association is subject to the requirements of the governing documents, which are: â€‹

These documents are available on our Realtors page. We urge you to read and understand these documents. They give specifics concerning the Association, how it functions, the responsibilities of the Association, and Owner’s rights and obligations. We count on the support of every member to preserve and protect the amenities of this beautiful and unique residential area.
