The Meadow Spring Farms Homeowners Association Board of Directors welcomes you to the neighborhood. We hope that you will love your new home and this peaceful and picturesque area.
The Meadow Spring Farms Homeowners Association includes an Executive Board which is elected yearly after the annual meeting of Association members.
Board members include a President, Vice President, Clerk and Treasurer who are voted on by Board members after their first Board meeting.
Volunteer organization
We are a volunteer organization with no paid staff. However, we are committed to the neighborhood and making sure our members are informed on issues that impact our community.
The Board is always looking for new members and we encourage all current and new homeowners to join the Board.

The Meadow Springs Homeowners Association works to ensure compliance with its Association By-laws and Covenants. The intention of these documents is to protect our scenic environment and maintain the value of our homes.

School District
Public Schools in the Meadow Spring Farms Area
Homes located in the Association are in the Sandwich School District.
Transfer Station
The Town of Sandwich Transfer Station is located at 500 Route 130. The facility is open to residents on Wednesdays (8 a.m.-8 p.m.) and Thursdays through Sundays (8 a.m.-4 p.m.).
The Transfer Station is closed every Monday and Tuesday, and on the following days: New Year’s Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Sandwich Town Hall voting information
The office is located at the Town Hall Annex, which is across the street from the Public Library and adjacent to the Daniel Webster Inn.

Town Clerk
The Town Clerk acts as the Town’s chief election official, registrar of vital statistics (births, marriages, and deaths), keeper of public records, recording officer, and licensing officer.
The Clerk works with the Board of Registrars to oversee polling places and the general conduct of all elections.
Other services
The Clerk maintains records of adopted regulations, bylaws, oaths of office, appointments and resignations. The office issues state licenses and permits, including marriage, dog and cat licenses.
You can also register to vote at the Clerk’s Office. Copies of all Town regulations and bylaws are available in this office.
The Town Clerk’s Office responds to inquiries from the public, serves as the central information point for the Town, and is responsible for conducting the Annual Census.
